I set out to create something similar after scouring the web, so I took matters into my own hands and designed it myself. All that's required is a magnet measuring 32x5 mm and a screw. To give this design added strength, I opted for a 100% infill print. Don't forget to add supports as needed. The assembly process is straightforward, as you can see from the accompanying image.
