Here is a project that I've really wanted to experiment with. This is a parallax comic about Sly Cooper, the infamous thief from the iconic PlayStation games. It's a short but sweet story, and I was primarily focused on perfecting the render effect throughout. To achieve this look, I spent hours sketching out various concepts and refining my understanding of ambient lighting, placement, and element positioning. I relied heavily on baking lights to capture the stark contrast between black and white that defines this parallax style. A subtle outline was added to further enhance the cartoon-like aesthetic.
