I'm entering the Sinterit design competition for jewelry with this submission. To avoid damaging my FDM printer, I've opted against printing the design on its surface. The 3D visualization on this page is distorted, so please download the file to see it accurately rendered. A small ball at the center of the star rotates freely (although untested) as a chain or string measuring less than 3mm in diameter supports the pendant. The rest of the design remains relatively compact, and I'm unsure how well Sinterit Lisa's resolution will capture its details. Nevertheless, scaling up this design shouldn't be too difficult!
