SLR Lens Adapters

All these adapters work the same: They can be bent open slightly and snapped onto the lens without being screwed on. Securing them is done by attaching a GuerillaBeam (or a compatible nut) which provides much greater durability than printed mechanical replicas of the original mechanics. These adapters are part of the innovative GuerillaBeam, the world's first portable 3D printed slide projector system. I recommend checking it out and take note that I even provided a translation for it! The printing process requires printing with the screw thread facing upwards. A 1mm shell and 23% fill should be sufficient, while layer heights up to 0.3mm are possible but recommended at 0.2mm. Successful prints have been made on an Ultimaker using PLA material. Regarding M42 adapters: There are two versions available for M42 adapters - one designed for older lenses (mostly before 1985) that feature larger undercuts with a height of approximately 1.5mm, and another version for more recent lenses with smaller undercuts measuring around 1.2mm in height.
