Slow Stick RC Airplane

I wanted to build a slow flyer so I sketched up some parts and printed them. Turns out it flies great! Many of these parts are inspired by other parts here on Thingiverse, I'll have to find them and add credit where due... I made the wing from some old blue fan fold foam from Lowes. Wingspan is 42" Chord is 12". The wing risers have a 5° dihedral. Wing "airfoil" was formed by rolling the material over the radiused edge of a table, pressing evenly with my hands until it looked like an airfoil. I used gorilla hot glue to hold it all together, then I reinforced the joint and "spar" of the wing with good shipping tape. I added some 3mm hollow carbon fiber rods I had to the leading and trailing edges as well as some short pieces about 6" long to bridge the seam at the middle. hardwood dowels would work too. Horizontal stabilizer is 12" wide by 5" long plus a 2" elevator with about 1" travel up and down. Vertical stabilizer is 6" tall and 5 in long plus a 3" rudder with about 2" travel both directions. Hinges are made from shipping tape. I trimmed the corners with a 30°,60°,90° triangle for looks. The "fuselage" is a 3/8x3/8x36 inch poplar stick with thin shrink tube over it to make it close to 10mmx10mm. Clear shipping tape will work too. The tape or shrink tube adds strength to the stick as well. Motor is a 2212 1400Kv with a 8x4 prop and 3S 1300mAh battery. Landing gear is bent from .063" music wire but I need to upgrade that to .093" wire, too flimsy but it works for now. https://youtu.be/eFAfipwohUQ
