Slow Feed Cat Bowl

I'm on a mission to slow down my cat's lightning-fast eating habits, so I've been experimenting with different solutions. First, I came across a DIY bowl design online that caught my eye, and after scaling it up, I decided to give it a try. Next, I added a subtle bump to the center of the bowl, thinking this might disrupt my cat's typical gorging motion. Lastly, I shortened the walls of the bowl to make it harder for my cat to shovel food in quickly. To take it to the next level, I'm planning to coat this makeshift bowl with a layer of food-safe wood glue. This will not only add an extra barrier between my cat's teeth and the food but also give the bowl a more rustic charm that might even encourage my cat to eat more slowly.
