These hinges fit slotted flaps perfectly, with a pivot point only 0.5 inches from the mounting surface. The design allows for up to 72 degrees of rotation, more than enough for most practical uses. Each hinge needs two #6 countersunk screws, 1/4 to 1/2 inch long. I suggest using 1-inch wide high-strength permanent foam tape, such as VHB, to secure them. Avoid glue unless printing with ABS, as PETG, PLA, and nylon don't stick well enough to CA or urethane adhesives. These hinges have been tested on an E-Flite Apprentice 15e and work flawlessly.
