Parts: Raspberry Pi Zero W with SD card PCA9685 16 chanal 12 Bit PWM 2x LCD 20x4 blue/ white with I2C Interface 4x IR Youmile Infrared barrier module (Arduino Smart Car Robot 3 wire) 4x4 membrane foil keypad LEDs (10x red, 2 green and 4 white) and small PC board (standard soldering board) 16x 220 Ohm Preresistor active Buzzer (optional) Port setup according Port_list.pdf. For makeing the harness a grimping tool is very helpful. Mechanical assembly with M3 Allen screws Screws in plastic with brass threads. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUEFhiFB6Zs) Additional small M3 wooden screws for mounting Raspberry pi, PCA 9685, display, sensor and LED board. Buzzer is “loose” on the cable. If you connect the LCD to 5V it is recommended to remove the PU resistors in the I2C interface card for SDA and SCL (s.http://cool-web.de/raspberry/octoprint-raspi-zero-status-lcd-mit-dht11-und-433-mhz-steuerung.htm#1602i2c - a German side, but can be easily translated with google translator). LEDs are connected to 3.3V with 220 Ohm Preresistor. GND of the LED is connected to the PCA9685 channel. IR sensor adjustment should be done with black lane (increased detection range) and is sensitive to bright sunlight.
