I was fed up with scouring stores for the perfect slot nuts for my 40x40 MS Automation aluminum frame. This frustration sparked a brilliant solution: I would embed nuts and bolts in PLA to secure them firmly within the profile. Not only did this idea eliminate the need for specialized hardware, but it also saved me a substantial amount of money compared to purchasing slot nuts.
