These custom models are tailored exclusively for the Diabolical Slipstream assembly pins on the JL Wrangler, although they may also fit other models. The precision-designed pin fits snugly into holes measuring approximately 9.4mm in diameter and 11.2mm in depth. The thick sleeve is carefully crafted to cover the exterior of the assembly, while the thin sleeve is designed to fit comfortably against the rear wall. To ensure a seamless integration with your printer, a Fusion 360 model has been provided, allowing you to easily modify the dimensions for a perfect fit. The thick sleeve was printed using a .4mm nozzle, yielding optimal results. Conversely, the thin sleeve required a .2mm nozzle to achieve the desired level of precision. For added durability and heat resistance, it is recommended that these models be printed with PETG or ABS materials, as they can withstand extreme temperatures commonly found in vehicles.
