I got tired of buying slipper clutch gears so i designed this one based on a composite 49t gear. I will modify if necessary but I've been beating on this one for 2 tanks of fuel and its still holding up. i printed it first with PLA just to test fitment and everything and the gear just shredded so I went right to PC. I don't know how other filaments will hold up but PC seams to be doing really well
