Since I wasn't satisfied with the original case for my Sony RX100 camera, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create one myself. The top priority was achieving "first order retrievability," a concept popularized by Adam Savage from Tested.com that essentially means being able to quickly find what you need. To accomplish this, I designed the case to store one spare battery in its original Sony housing along with four spare SD cards. However, I only use three of these cards and turn them over so they're easily identifiable at a glance. This way, I can rapidly locate my preferred storage devices. I also added the MCRN logo to the design because I liked its aesthetic appeal and believe it would be an excellent fit for the Mars Congressional Republic Navy's branding standards.
