I've made some significant modifications to the Wallet design by Pentland_Designs. Here are my changes: 1. I replaced the fragile hinge with a more robust one. The original wallet's hinge broke too easily, so I decided to replace it with a clip-together piece. This not only adds strength but also makes printing smoother when standing upright without supports. 2. I thickened the walls for added stability. Although the original design was meant to be slim, I found that the walls were too thin and would bow inward, making the mechanism less smooth. To solve this issue, I increased the wall thickness by 0.5mm on both sides, resulting in a more sturdy wallet overall. 3. I deepened the cap for better closure. The original cap wouldn't fully close over the cards, so I modified it to be slightly deeper. This ensures that the cap fits securely over the cards, providing improved functionality.
