## Update 12-20-2020 The quick slot is back! The case has been expanded slightly to make the base flush, the lever has been enlarged to compensate for the longer base. The hinge has also been thickened. ### Print Tips I've achieved good results printing the money clip at lower speeds so that the notch in the money clip is more square and not rounded. A 0.15 mm or finer layer height works well. ### Post Printing If the money clip does not fit correctly, shave a few layers out of the notch in the case. ### To Note: The design on the wallet features Pentland Designs' symbol. I included it in this remix as attribution only. --- This is a slightly different take on [Pentland Designs](https://www.thingiverse.com/Pentland_Designs)' amazing [Slim Wallet V4.0](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1756637). Specifically, it has a money clip and does not have the quick card access slot. Some of the design inspiration for the money clip came from the wonderful [MONEY CLIPS](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1385206) by [YSoft_be3D](https://www.thingiverse.com/YSoft_be3D) #### Why this design might be better than some other remixes - Almost no changes were made to the original wallet's design - The money clip holds money securely - The money clip is more durable because the grain of the print runs vertically, not horizontally #### Why this design might be worse than some other remixes - Loss of quick access card slot (I might add this back in later) - The wallet no longer has a completely flat base (or rather, it has a much less wide base) #### Planned Updates While this design is usable and printable in its current state, here's some planned improvements: - A bit more tolerance on the base of the money clip (currently requires post-print slimming of Wallet Case base for money clip to fit) #### I Can Upload the Fusion 360 Files If Requested. # Printing Notes The money clip is designed to be printed on its side (as oriented in its STLs), which should give it more structural integrity.
