If you're into printing flexible filaments, you might appreciate this straightforward and durable one-piece wallet design. It accommodates around 5 cards, 5 notes, and a few coins within its compact form factor. This design leverages the flexible TPU material with a side squeeze mechanism to create a larger opening for accessing your belongings [see photo] and when in your pocket, the cards and cash remain firmly in place. We printed this wallet using Black TPU 95A shore hardness [Ultimaker]. To print this design, we utilized an Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer and the print shown is created with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
