Slim Stratux Case
prusaprinters

I made my own case to assemble the Stratux kit.

The idea is to keep the antennas in place, but occupying the smallest area.

I'm using 1 fan (30x30x7mm), it came with several screws and nuts and I'm using 10 screws and 8 nuts.

4 screws and 4 nuts to hold the fan. I'm actually using 3 because the 4th would hit the AHRS module, but I uploaded a new version with this problem fixed.

2 screws and 2 nuts to hold the Raspberry Pi in place (check the pictures)

The other 4 screws and 2 nuts are used to put the 2 parts together.

Besides that you will need all the parts required to build the Stratux, plus the suction cup holder (you might use a different king, but maybe you need to make some adjustments)

And finally, if you want to print the GPS shield (it's optional), you will need some [copper tape] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NWLWJ96/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to cover it.

=====

If you'd like to support me you can post a make, comment and/or pay me a coffee at PayPal

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

TEVO

Printer:

Tarantula

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

20%

Filament: Hatchbox PETG Dark Yellow

Category: Gadgets
