<p>This is a slim and significant lighter stepper cooler for a 40mm Noctua fan. It is lighter because it works without screws.</p> <p>In my tests the stepper is not geting warmer than 45°C. The shaft with the drivegear stay at nearly the same temperature. Even at a 6h print at 250/75 in a full enclosure. This prevents clogs by softening your filament to early.</p> <p> <figure class="media"> <oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wH9Nt4V3MQc"></oembed> </figure> </p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print it in PETG.<br/> You need a 40x40x10mm fan (i use a noctua) and you have to solder it to your extruder fan.<br/> Print it upside down.</p>
