Slim Rostock Max v3 Fan for 713Maker Mounts

After upgrading my E3Dv6 with the 713Maker mount (http://713maker.com/mounts.html), I discovered that the original slim fan shroud was woefully inadequate for its new surroundings. To rectify this situation, I decided to remix Noircogi's design, lengthening it so it would comfortably reach the print area and adding a gap in the middle to accommodate the PCB. This modification resulted in a taller fan duct that surprisingly works with autoleveling if properly aligned and wired. However, this is still a work-in-progress as I initially intended to bring the exhaust down lower but chose not to for fear of having to remove the tabs from the effector - a modification that may eventually become necessary.
