Slim RC3 with comfort features (plus shield)

<p>Due to the need to print as many of these as possible, as quickly as possible, this is a version of RC3 that prints faster (and uses less filament). It still retains a measure of comfort because part of the band that sits on the forehead remains tall enough to provide large contact surface and provides stability. Faster printing comes down to the rest of the model being squished to minimal height that retains enough structural rigidity.</p> <p>Unfortunately cannot be stacked. Still good for those that print during the day.</p> <ul> <li><p>Added variant with widened part of the band that touches the forehead. There are two versions of this, one with and one without the logos (for faster printing).</p> </li> <li><p>Added version with integrated droplet shield between forehead and foil holder (also with and without logo). Suggested to print at 0,25 mm layer height to get 2 layers. Crosshatching ought to reduce porosity.</p> </li> <li><p>Added Sketchup file with all model variants.</p> </li> <li><p>Added 3mf and resulting gcode (MK2.5s) for printing two headbands with bottom reinforcements at once. Project includes custom brim for critical endpoints in model that I've noticed have a tendency to lift from time to time, as well as selective infill for hooks.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>No supports required. Print at 0,25 mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 30% infill (same as official RC3, including PETG being preferred).</p> <p>Alternatively download the enclosed 3mf file and adjust filament and printer profiles to your needs.</p>
