Slim Raspberry Pi Zero W2 Snap-fit Case
prusaprinters

Marius' really nice Zero W2 case model only comes with a screw-fit back, whereas their Zero W case comes with either snap-fit or screw-fit backs. I tried using the back from the latter model but the pegs were slightly too large (~2.4mm). So I redid the pegs to be a little smaller (2.2mm) and the back now snaps in nicely to the Zero W2 case.

If you don't want the Raspberry Pi logo on your case just use one of the other models from Marius' original. I haven't modified the lid at all; it's included here just for convenience.

For printing, I opted for 1 perimeter so the details on the Pi logo come out more clearly, and 100% infil for the back to improve the sturdiness of the pegs. It's just cosmetic, but I also used Octagram Spiral bottom infill, which I think came out nicely.
