After watching some magic wallet videos online, my brother and I wanted to design one ourselves. However, I also wanted somewhere to store my decently large number of cards, so we designed this magic wallet with an elastic card holder as well.Print Instructions:All models are oriented in the best print direction. Supports will be necessary for the middle bracket. Print as solid pieces.Materials Required:The 3D-Printed Models (1 of each)4 strips of ¼-inch elastic (80mm long)1 strip of 1-inch elastic (130mm long)Cyanoacrylate glueTape (optional)AssemblyStep 1: Attaching elastic to the middle bracketUsing cyanoacrylate glue, attach the 4 strips of ¼-inch elastic to the middle bracket as shown aboveStep 2: Attaching elastic to the top bracketFlip over the middle bracketLay the 1-inch elastic in the groove of the middle bracket. The middle of the elastic should be in the middle of the middle bracketFlip over the middle bracket and lay the top bracket on top.Using cyanoacrylate glue, attach the ends of the 1-inch elastic to the top bracket.Step 3: Magic Wallet AssemblyFlip the wallet over so that the middle bracket is on topFold the thin ¼-inch elastic over the middle bracket as shown aboveUse tape to hold down the ends of the elastic for the next step.Lay the bottom bracket on top of the middle bracket.Make sure that the grooves in the bottom bracket line up with the ends of the elastic.Using cyanoacrylate glue, attach the elastic to the bottom bracket The end result should be tight enough to hold items firmly but loose enough for the wallet to open.PS: The position of the elastic changes based on how the wallet is opened.Step 4: Attaching Top & Bottom BracketsUsing cyanoacrylate glue, attach the top cover to the top bracketUsing cyanoacrylate glue, attach the bottom cover to the bottom bracket
