Introducing a refined version of jridley's parametric LM8UU holder, devoid of zipties. This design addresses the drawbacks of snap-fit solutions found in Prusa designs, which either result in warping due to tight fits or loose fits requiring zip ties for stability. Instead, it follows CdnReprap's approach, offering a precisely fitting and disassemblable LM8UU holder that retains bearings on smooth rods. V1.1 update (2012-01-23) features a parametric mountplate and improved fit using polyhole function. Print STL file with at least 50% infill, use M3x20 screws and nuts for assembly, and utilize the SCAD file as a customizable module.
