Slim Enclosure for Creality Mainboards/LCD for CNC Machines

UPDATE 2/6/2019: New PSU Enclosure Gives More Room to Wire AC INPUT & SWITCH I also found a GRBL port for RAMPS and Sanguino boards at https://github.com/CarlosGS/grblForCyclone, but I haven't tested it yet. After upgrading my CR-10 to the 10s, I had the original CR-10 mainboard and LCD left over as spare parts. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for my 3088 CNC machine to arrive from Banggood. I will use this primarily for laser engraving/cutting. After lots of research, I found that the woodpecker mainboard is pretty cheap and is known to skip stepper steps. The frame is really all I wanted. So, I am using my CR-10 parts to control this laser engraver and sticking with Marlin firmware. I've remixed several items found on Thingiverse. The files included are compatible with (as far as I know) all Creality LCD's and mainboards. The power supply housing is built around my Meanwell LRS-200-12 power supply (216x115x30mm) with room for a USB power port. Just use a 7805 regulator for USB power. Marlin will operate these Chinese laser/CNC milling machines with the exception of the laser/spindle on/off commands. M3 and M5 (tool or laser on/off commands) can be replaced with M106 & M107. I'll be adding limit switches as well, since the laser engraver doesn't feature them. Just adjust your x/y/z steps to fit your milling machine. They usually use lead screws instead of belts. Mine for example needs to be changed from 80 steps (used on the CR-10) to 800 for the laser mill. This can be modified in the Marlin firmware...or adjusted on the LCD in the latest versions of Marlin. The enclosure houses the Creality LCD, LCD knob, mainboard, 40mm fan, and a 36mm grommet for routing wires. I may create an alternative version that also makes room for the power supply beneath the mainboard. This is a build in progress, so when I start building and tweaking, I'll post any new findings/settings/models here.
