Slim Ejector Card Wallet
thingiverse
I was inspired by @madvillain's remix of my design to make numerous enhancements, aiming to achieve a new version that closely matches the original in size. After making these changes, I found that the revised design is 0.7mm wider and 2mm longer than before. Nevertheless, it will require a printer with high precision to produce this slim design, as the tolerances have been reduced significantly. If your printer tends to overshoot or over-extrude, you may need to perform some cleanup using a file. The new lever looks unusual, but its design is deliberate and intentional. To assemble the push rod, simply rotate it inward, eliminating the need for glue and ensuring that the button remains securely in place. For detailed installation instructions, refer to the attached pictures. To prevent cards from falling out of the wallet, insert a piece of felt into the slot provided on the left side. I recommend using 3M sticky velcro with only the fuzzy side (not the hook side) for optimal results. The optional screw measures M3x6(ish) or M2.5x6(ish), and the money sheath is included from my previous design for convenience. Scaling the design in the Z direction will allow you to add more cards, but I only recommend adding one card at a time as the walls increase in height accordingly. Enjoy your print and share pictures of your results!
