Slim Ear Saver Remix + Stack Tower

<p>Really like the original design this was remixed from for the following reasons:</p> <ul> <li>Comfortable design</li> <li>Adjustable tabs</li> <li>Tabs can be cut off to adjust fit without affecting function </li> <li>Minimal use of filament/time </li> <li>And most importantly, out of submitted designs to local hospital this one got great feedback. </li> </ul> <p>I remixed the design by simply tweaking some of the arm spacing to make it symmetrical and adjust heights to minimize print time with a 0.6mm nozzle. Can print 10 in 35 minutes!</p> <p>After making a bunch it was obvious that distribution would be an issue so designed a simple tower to stack them and make it easy to pull one off the top. Can stack about 75 ear savers on one tower.</p> <p>As of 5/13/2020 6 towers have been donated to the local VA totaling 525 Slim Ear Savers donated. They love the design so making more for distribution to other medical centers.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Printed with 0.6mm nozzle using PETG</p>
