Slim Ear Saver
prusaprinters

This is a remix of an ear saver model I found on NIH. I changed it so that it would print better at 0.4mm layer height with a 0.6mm nozzle.

The design is flexible around the neck but the links are rigid so the elastic won't fall off. At 1.77g of filament you should be able to get 500-550 of these from a single 1kg roll.

The included gcode file and 3MF have been set very fast. You should be able to get 10 in 45 minutes. Easily making 100 a day per printer. Remember to let the bed cool before removing or you will mangle the print.

I put holes in the links to reduce stringing with PETG.
