Update 04.01.2024: I updated the hinge, since it wasn't reliable enough. It is now designed to put a bit of filament through it and melt at both ends. I used a soldering iron for that, which works very well. I recommend straigthening the filament with boiling water before putting it in.This Deck box fits 60 soft sleeved cards pretty snugly. Inner dimensions are: width 69(nice)mm, height 96(ecin)mm and depth 28mm. This fits Ultra Pro soft sleeves very well and gives it just a little bit of space to not get squeezed. If going for the standard version, there is not much to pay attention to.For the models with name tag and colors you have to print the desired color chips and name tag upfront. I printed my chips and name tags with a filament change to get some nice multicolored deck boxes. You can of course combine the standard body with the color chip lids and vice versa. To get the chips and name tag into the deck box you have to pause at the appropriate layer and put them in. I recommend turning down your fans for the first layer after putting them in to not blow them out (happend to me once lol).If going for the color chip version you have to block support in the chip area.I added the name tag file as a f3d for fusion 360 as you have to change the name obviously. I used the font Copperplate Gothic Bold. You might have to install it if you want to use the same. Bear in mind that the name can not go all the way to the edge. Keep at least 2mm distance from the edge.I printed these on the Elegoo Neptune 4 with Elegoo PLA+ filament and with the following settings:0.4mm Nozzle, 0.15mm Layer height, 0.2mm initial layer, 0.4 line width, 3 perimeters, 100% infill
