Why print a case for a case, when the case pops open with ease and insides are a lot slimmer? ...Maybe because they already exist, but who stops at that. Designed for an adapter measuring 29.5 x 36.6mm. There is a stop 30mm from the front edge that catches the SD card slot and space for a 38mm long PCB. Snaps into the two grooves in a 2040 extrusion. --- Fusion 360 file included. It's quite a mess as this was just a quick project, but it's not that complicated and it should be easier to tune the dimensions with it anyway.
