Slim case for UpBoard
thingiverse
I chose to design a compact case for my UpBoard x86 miniPC, with the back plate serving as the bottom and "snapping" securely over the PCB where the mounting holes are located. To achieve optimal size reduction and cooling performance, this design minimizes disruption. Unfortunately, the face of the case isn't ideal (I'm currently working on improving it), and the tolerances are slightly loose due to my printer needing calibration - it's off by approximately .2mm on both X and Y axes.
