The design delivers maximum Z and X height, minimizing vibration in the Z direction due to its compactness. The spotlight generated by the LED ring significantly enhances visibility of the print. E3D v5 mounts with Ø25mm heat sinks are paired with a standard Prusa i3 x-carriage featuring 30mm hole spacings. The 30mm fan is embedded for maximum space efficiency, while the open right side enables unhindered heat dissipation from the heat sink. The heat sink snaps securely into place without requiring additional support; I added an optional clamp that can be screwed in if needed. Furthermore, this mount accommodates a 40mm LED ring, which can be glued or screwed to the recessed area at the bottom.
