Slim ar15 handguards

I need to design slim handguards that match the width of my PSA AR15's upper receiver perfectly. I'm going to print two models, one for the top and another for the bottom, to ensure a seamless fit. After testing on both carbine length PSA uppers with 16" and 10" barrels, I can guarantee these handguards will fit (although it might be a tight squeeze). To achieve a smooth finish, I'll use MEK for post-processing; acetone evaporates too quickly, leaving behind an unwanted white residue.
