Slim 8mm shaft flush/end mount for V-slot extrusion

This is a 2020 v-slot extrusion clamp for attaching an 8mm linear shaft. Secure it with two M3x10mm screws and your preferred t-nut for mounting. The clamp requires one M2x12mm screw with an M2 nut. Print Settings: Printer: Da Vinci Jr/RAMPS conversion Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 30% or higher Notes: Verify that the thin gap (0.5mm) around the clamping section is not being lost in your slicing settings. I printed at 30% infill with a 0.3mm layer thickness without issues. The gap is small but present and functional. Using supports is optional, but I recommend printing with them, then inserting the nut into the nut trap and securing it loosely with a screw before mounting. Without supports, drooping may cause the nut trap to be too small. If that happens, an M2x12mm will barely catch a nut on the other side. Post-Printing: If you use a brim to prevent warping, clean out the area around the clamp to ensure it's free of blockage and can clamp properly. I used an M2x12mm screw and nut for this clamp. If your holes print smaller, you might be able to avoid the nut, but the clamp may not hold as firmly.
