I've been experimenting with Mathematica, playing around with its features and crafting a few prototypes. I added 3D images to the surface - now the numbers are visible on the outside. Since the surface is convex, I'm not sure how it will print out on my 3D printer. If anyone has a reliable printer that can handle printing a picture in reverse order, please let me know.
