thingiverse

This rear/front y-endstop is designed for Mendel type printers and can be easily attached to threaded rods via a base placed between rod clamps and screw nets. The endstop includes a fixed base, a slideable arm, and a configurable switch position (horizontal/vertical). It also allows for simple installation without disassembling rods by rotating along the circular cavity from lower to upper rods. The sliding arm accommodates standard 20x6mm micro-switches with 9.5mm spaced screw holes, which can be modified using a 2.5mm drill bit and an M3 tap or clean cut screw. STL files are provided for standard Mendel printers, while non-standard dimensions require modifications to the included SCAD file. Prusa i3 type printers should use the sliding i3 Y-endstop instead. Multiple sliding arm variations can be found in other endstop models, ensuring compatibility and versatility for various printer types.
