Sliding Window Dryer or AC Vent Seal Kit with 4" Air Duct Mount

UPDATE: Added a V2 option that uses less plastic and doesn't require you to open your window as much. Had some extra filament, needed a window vent. This was cheaper and faster than ordering one online :) The current model is designed to be printed on a large scale 3D printer like the CR-10S 400 (400mmx400mm build plate size) but it can be modified to fit other printers (by sliding vertices or cutting it down to the size you need). As the models are right now, the put-together model will fit windows from 360mm (~14.17") wide to 1060mm (~42") wide and the mount/hole fits a 4" air duct. Print the models as is and they should slide perfectly together. Mine slides like butter. I use a 0.8mm nozzle and printed at a layer height of 0.3mm with 5 bottom layers, 5 top layers, 4 outline layers and 30% infill. I probably could have gone less but I wanted this to last as long as possible. I also think that leaving some space for infill like this helps with insulation (a bit). No supports needed and DO NOT PRINT WITH RAFTS! It won't slide together as easily if you print with rafts. Print 1 of each model - they all slide together to make the final part. You can also add foam to the edges of this part or to the top and bottom of your window so it seals the gap.
