sliding Wallet (cards, coins, paper)
thingiverse
This is my improved version of the card holder V1 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4866319) It can hold up to 5 cards, paper money and 6 coins or keys (max 2,5mm thick). It is easy to print and to assemble. You need: - superglue - felt pads (~2mm thick) - rubber bands Printsettings: - 0.2 mm LH - print orientations like pictured - no support except for one part: the spinning ejector - bright colours are preferable, they heat up less in direct sunlight (not necessary) - springs in ABS are better than PLA. (not necessary) Assembly: (see numbered pictures) 1. glue the springs on the inside 2. insert these 2 parts and ensure a smooth operation 3. cut the felt pad in a rectangle and stick it on the inside. This piece is responsible for holding the cards. 4. glue the rail plate on. Use only a little amount of glue to avoid getting glue inside the mechanism. Use rubber bands to apply constant preasure. 5. mount the outside part 6. glue the other spring on the bottom part. In addition, you can use thin pieces of felt to cover the walls of the coin compartment. This eliminates the noises of coins inside. 7. just slide the two parts together. disassemble: just push the spring down - Finished! If you like this design, please like and share it. It was a lot of work to get it working smoothly :) Comment your thoughts down below too :D
