Sliding Rail Mount System for a spice rack

Sliding Rail Mount System for a spice rack

thingiverse

To accommodate a vertically mounted spice rack in my kitchen cabinets, I designed customized raised slide rails, replacing the short ones provided with the rack. The redesigned slide rail mounting system is adjustable, allowing alterations to length, base height, rail height, and gap. I have shared the scad file for personalized modifications. To prevent ABS lifting or warping, I printed two rails at a time, side by side in STL format. If you desire a different configuration, explore the bottom of the scad. The rail module "final" wraps up each rail, and I printed three sets, totaling two 10-inch long rails for top and bottom mounts. Note that the overhang for rail capture is at 15 degrees; however, if your printer struggles with it, adjust the angle to 45 degrees for better printing results.
