Sliding/Movable Pop Socket

Most pop-sockets sold in stores or online advertise as being removeable, unfortunately with each remove and replace the adhesive begins to lose its stick. For those of use that struggle to place the adhesive in the “perfect spot” this can be rather frustrating. Enter the moveable pop-socket base, this generic base will fit most pop-sockets. The top plastic piece is removed then the flexible expander it looped through the open slot. The slot piece and the base are then pressed together and sealed shut with adhesive (super glue or hot glue). Then adhesive strips can be attached to the base of the printed part, then attached to the phone case to allow more flexibility of placement. A tight pressure fit prevents the pop-socket from sliding freely, the pop-socket must be pushed all the way down against the case before sliding to a new placement. We printed the casing in both ABS and PLA plastic, so material selection should be based on personal preference. This case is designed to fit on both apple and android phone cases. This item is designed for personal use not for sale or manufacture. *flexible cases and cases that do not have a smooth plastic surface will not adhere well. *Pop-sockets are a trademark of PopSockets LLC.
