Sliding Door Vent for 3"/76mm Exhaust Fan

Where I had to place my Snapmaker A350 and enclosure didn't have a window or other convenient place to vent out of. Only thing nearby was a sliding glass door, which was fine when it was warm enough to open it, but otherwise I had it vented into a HEPA filter inside.

So I decided to model up this vent, it has catches on the sides and bottom to hook onto the track, and flat on the top for the “door filler” to sit on. The vent fits a standard 3"/76mm exhaust hose. No supports required if you print it box side down, PETG or better recommended.

The vent sits at the bottom, angles on the sides and bottom so it holds when the door is closed against it. The fillers are designed to be slid into the track where the door latches and sit ontop of the vent, you can scale them as needed and use the open side in toward the screws/latch so they don't get in the way. For a standard 78" (measured inside the track) it took 12 fillers and the vent. I would suggest some weather stripping on the end of the door and maybe some foam stuffed into the boxes if you're worried about insulation.
