This unique door offers an enhanced game environment, featuring PBR textures at 2K resolutions with LODs for project optimization. Available in several formats (.max, .ma, .unitypackage, .fbx, .obj, .abc, and .dae), this door boasts realistic textures via a Physically Based Rendering workflow. It is rigged and animated, with 848 total tris count, 2K texture resolution, and four texture maps (Albedo, AO, Metallic, Normal). The door has two controls: open/close and global control. Animation-wise, it opens from frame 0 to 35 and closes from frame 45 to 75. Customizations are available upon request.
