Sliding carriage for profiled rail guide

This is a custom built guiding system for my vintage Wurth router. I was let down that there aren't any accessories available for older models, so I decided to make one myself. Normally found on portable circular saws, expensive guide rails were also out of the question, so I created my own guiding system using readily available parts from a local department store. To get started, you'll need a guiding rail - I'm using an aluminum profile with flat sides that makes it easy to attach to the workpiece. This design is specifically intended for 24mm square profiles. I used M8 threaded rods to mount the router securely in place.
