This Slide-Out Spice Rack is a clever solution for keeping your kitchen spices organized and easily accessible. It is designed to fit seamlessly into most kitchen cabinets, and can be modified if necessary. This pull-out spice rack ensures that your favorite seasonings are within arm’s reach while cooking.Key Features:Three Sizes: I designed the Spice Rack Drawers in 3 sizes:Double Wide: Has two shelfs. The bottom shelf fits 14 standard spice bottles in 2 rows of 7 jars. The top shelf allows to store wider items such as refill bags for your spices.Double Narrow: Has two shelfs. The bottom shelf fits 7 standard spice bottles in 1 row. The top shelf is wide enough to fit the wider “Just Spices” spice jars. Single Wide: Has only a single wide shelf. Great for everything else that does not fit the double spice racks. Customizable: Don’t worry if the standard sizes don’t fit your cabinet perfectly. You can easily customize the dimensions using Onshape to match your specific needs.Smooth Sliding Mechanism: The drawer are designed to work with metal full-extension drawer slides that can be easily found in every hardware store or on Amazon.Sturdy Construction: The shelfs are built from a 5mm Acrylic Plate. This helps to keep the whole assembly sturdy. You can also pick your color to make the spice rack yous! Easy Assembly: The front and back plate are 3d printed. They fit brass treaded inserts that allow you to easily assemble your spice rack. You just need some M5x16mm and M4x10mm countersunk screws to finish the assembly. Parts List (for each drawer):Front and Back Plate: These are 3d printed and attached to the shelf plates with M5x16mm countersunk screws. You need to insert M5 threaded inserts to finish these plates.Top and Bottom Shelfs: You can print these, or cut them out of an 5mm Acrylic Plate or wood plate. These may be customized in length to fit your kitchen cabinet. I made them 330mm long to fit my 350mm deep kitchen cabinet. The required dimensions can be found in the design drawings. Make sure that the hole pattern to attach to the drawer slides fit's for your brand of slides!Aluminium Rods: You'll need 2x or 4x 6mm diameter aluminium rods in the same length as the shelfs. I bought them from my local hardware store and cut them to size with a Dremel. Drawer Slides: I used 300mm full extension slides, which fit my 350mm deep kitchen cabinet perfectly. I also bought them at my local hardware store. You can also find those slides on Amazon. Mounting Hardware:8x M5 threaded inserts (e.g. CNC Kitchen threaded insert M5x9,5) for front and back plate.8x M5 x 16mm hex countersunk screws to mount bottom and top shelf to the front and back plate.3x or 6x M4 x 10mm hex countersunk screws and M4 nuts to mount the drawer slides.5mm Acryl Plate for the top and bottom shelf and Base plate to hold multiple drawers.Spice Jars: Your favorite spice jar.
