This is an expedient extruder extension arm that I've cobbled together without necessitating the removal of the tension screw. Simply slide it on or off as needed. A small depression provides extra grip for added security against slippage. Like many similar extensions, this saves your thumb from suffering unnecessary pain and bruising.
