thingiverse
This is a box for storing slides. = CHANGELOG = Version 0.3 Reduce the gap between fits from 0.4mm to 0.3mm Not printed yet Version 0.2 Eliminate horizontal rounded edges, which can make 3D printing challenging. Bottom rounded edges in particular cause sticking issues with the bed. Tighter walls are used in this example. Additionally, reduce the gap between fits from 0.6mm to 0.4mm. Printed on a Prusa i3 (layer thickness: 0.105mm, wall thickness: 1.2mm, fill level: 100%). The parts fit well together but do not stay assembled. Version 0.1 Customizable box (modify the file). Users can choose size and spacing of every object, as well as rows, columns, and floors of objects inside the box. Users can also choose wall thickness in every dimension and gap to enable usable 3D prints. A gap of 0 can cause both parts not to fit. Version published for accommodating 10x2 slides measuring 50x50mm. Printed on a Prusa i3 (layer thickness: 0.195mm, wall thickness: 2mm, fill level: 20%). The parts fit together but do not stay assembled by themselves. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.105 Infill: 100
