Many times in our designs we need bearings, metal bearings are good, but for simple turning only applications like supports, spool supports, etc, without constant speed a metal bearing is too much. These bearings are printed assembled and only need some light lubrication like 3in1 oil, and if you want some resistance to control a reel use some synthetic grease or silicone.
