This is a custom-built computer monitor stand specifically designed for the BenQ GL955 18.5 inch display model. It features a unique tilt mechanism allowing for a precise adjustment of 3 degrees, positioned at the rear of the unit. Engineered to accommodate monitors with precise dimensions, this stand was crafted with the following specifications in mind: * Width: approximately 46cm (measured vertically, as orientation matters) * Maximum depth at the stand's base: 24.5mm (the width of the slot that securely holds the monitor in place) * Relevant bezel width: roughly 21mm The sturdy base of this stand measures 10cm in length, providing a stable foundation for everyday use. Although it could have been designed shorter, the creator prioritized stability and ensured a steady performance. Beyond its intended purpose as a vertical stand, this design can also be repurposed as a low-profile horizontal stand for monitors of similar dimensions. Its versatile nature allows for easy resizing to accommodate various monitor sizes, making it a potential solution for multiple displays. While this design is tailored for the BenQ GL955 model, with thin bezels being a notable exception, its adaptability makes it a viable option for other monitors requiring customization.
