Create a custom imaging chamber for electrophysiology research. This design fits seamlessly under an Olympus inverted microscope, although results may vary with other models. The circular inlet and outlet layout ensures consistent perfusion, while an indentation at the bottom allows for easy mounting of a glass slide. Note that due to thermal conductivity issues in plastic materials, this design is not suitable for patch-clamp rigs that rely on heated tables, such as those from Luigs-Neumann. However, inline heated-rigs should function properly with this setup.
