I've remixed the great "Slew bearing with crossed cylinder rollers" by Isi3d to be able to specify different parameters for both the inner and outer rings. Separated variables for the inner and outer rings, allowing you to customize the number, size, and distance to edge of the screw holes for each ring separately. Added a new parameter to place the cage and rollers offset from the midpoint between "d_outer" and "d_bore". This adds flexibility in where to put the screw holes. Changed "part" values from part names to numbers (0-5) to make it easier to change between visible parts.
