I ordered a custom sleeve for my Xiaomi power bank. The walls are only 2 millimeters thick, so it's surprisingly compact. I had it printed with a high-quality PLA material at an infill of 20%, which allowed me to save some weight while still maintaining its structural integrity. Since the design is optimized for printing upwards, no support material was needed during the manufacturing process.
