Sleeve Case for Raspberry Pi2/B+ with enlarged camera cable slot

I created another remix based on Walter's Raspberry Pi B+ sleeve design. I liked the way it looked and wanted to use it to hang my Pi (running Octoprint) off the side of my Printrbot Simple Metal using ElmoC's supports from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/make:122064). However, I needed a camera ribbon slot. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the designs with a slot for the camera ribbon because I couldn't access the locking mechanism to hold the cable in place. I wasn't willing to risk a loose ribbon since I had already damaged one before. Since it seemed like I just needed to remove a few parts, I fired up 3D-Slash and removed some blocks to enlarge the camera ribbon slot. The internal grooves, especially at the far end, were too thin for my Pi, so I enlarged them as well. Although I still needed tweezers to secure the ribbon cable, I was able to lock it down, which was all that mattered. Note: I had to increase the model size to 101% to get the Pi to fit easily. If you have trouble sliding the Pi into the sleeve, try that. Although you're limited to a coarse resolution, I enabled the 3D-Slash customization app so you can make the slot wider if needed. If you need it enlarged further with higher resolution, let me know.
